The Customer Service Centre gives free advice and information on a range of issues about agriculture, resources, conservation and land management. The Customer Service Centre will also put you in touch with experts when you need specialist information and advice.
The Customer Service Centre is a convenient way for you to get in touch with the Department and is open between Monday to Friday 8am-6pm, Eastern Standard Time.
Just one easy phone number provides you with access to all the information and services the Department has to offer. You can ring us from anywhere across the State and only be charged the cost of a local call. (Excluding mobile and public telephones which incur additional costs).
