AgriGater3 - How to request support

Unfortunately there is limited personal support for the farm management software. Therefore, AgriGater User Manual and the AgriGater Workbook have been purposefully designed to assist users with data entry and interpretation to overcome this situation. The Victorian Department of Primary Industries Customer Service Centre will provide free advice and may be able to refer you to an appropriate person to assist in your support request. AgriGater User Manual

The AgriGater User Manual is a reference guide for the financial planning software. This manual is sequenced for step-by-step data entry, together with an orientation of the interface. The table of contents and index are designed to provide the user with immediate support when learning the technical features of the farm management software.

AgriGater Workbook

The AgriGater Workbook is a reference guide for interpreting the financial projections created by the AgriGater scenarios. The workbook has been mapped to the national competency BSBMGT503A Prepare budgets and financial plans from the Diploma of Agriculture. The workbook has also been designed as a lesson plan to deliver a two-day workshop, or as a self-paced learning package to improve participants' understanding of rural business management.

For a head start in farm management and planning, users can download this datafile into the AgriGater financial planning software. These files can then be duplicated, edited, deleted and expanded to create a relevant farming business scenario suitable for the users' needs.
