AgriGater is compatible with any computer running Microsoft XP SP2 or above including Microsoft Windows Vista and Microsoft Windows 7. AgriGater cannot be run on Apple Macintosh computers, and there is no intension for this to ever be enabled.

During the pre-release period in May 2010, the Development Team experienced that less than 5% of users had problems with downloading the program.
If you do find that you are having downloading issues please make sure that you have enabled Java Scripting in your browser.
This website requires java scripting features of your internet brower to be enabled. Please make the following options active in your browser settings:
Microsoft Internet Explorer users
Select Tools menu -> then Internet options -> then security menu.
Set option to enable:
Mozilla Firefox users
Select Tools menu -> then Options -> then Content
Set checkbox to ticked: .
Occasionally, the program will download successfully, but finding the installer file is difficult.
If you suspect that you are in this situation, open the internet options of your internet browser have a look at the download destination folder settings. That should provide you with the location of your downloaded files.
Try searching for the file "AgriGater3_Installer.exe" using your windows explorer search tool (Start menu > Search > files and folders).
In some cases users may be problems opening Agrigater3 from the installed desktop shortcut. In this situation the program is downloaded, but an error message occurs instead of opening the program.
Because AgriGater is a Microsoft Access 2003 application, other installations of Access are known to cause a few problems.
When you have a full version of Access 2003 the prefered option is to run the .MDE file directly.
Based upon extensive feedback and surveys over the last three years, the project team is aware of the need to provide relevant and professional support materials for AgriGater. Two resources have been written specifically to assist subscribers to learn how to utilise the AgriGater software and interpret the business projections.
